Louisiana Medical Mutual Insurance Co., [LAMMICO] says it will not be raising its overall rates in 2012 for policyholders who practice full-time.

According to a company spokesman, the company is in the process of sending out policyholder renewal letters this week.

LAMMICO is Louisiana's largest medical malpractice insurer. The insurer's rates have not risen since 2004, and rates were lowered in 2005, 2007 and 2009.
