BATON ROUGE, LA-Breazeale, Sachse & Wilson, L.L.P. (BSW) is excited to welcome a new partner to the Baton Rouge office. Clay J. Countryman, a noted healthcare attorney, is the newest addition to the firm's burgeoning healthcare practice group.
Scott N. Hensgens, Managing Partner, made the official announcement today. Hensgens stated, "I'm thrilled to have Clay join the BSW team. His experience and knowledge of the healthcare industry will be an enormous asset to our already thriving healthcare practice."

Countryman has served as legal counsel to various clients in the healthcare industry, primarily in the areas of healthcare regulatory and business matters with an emphasis on joint ventures, compliance and health information privacy and security requirements.
Clay earned his B.B.A. from the University of Oklahoma and his J.D. from Loyola University School of Law in New Orleans. Clay has worked in the healthcare industry since 1987 and has practiced law since 1994.
